Returns and Exchanges

We happily accept returns for eligible items within 20 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging, accompanied with receipt.

Some of our pieces are heavier than others - please wear less frequently and with care. Please check out our other accessories section to purchase supportive/protective care for heavier earrings. To preserve the beauty in your item it is recommended to store in a cool, soft, separate place such as a velvet bag. Jewelry items that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also for travel, we recommend the velvet garment bag inside of a hard case in carry on luggage.
